Our agave plants are cooked in a fire-heated, stone-lined pit underground before fermentation – true to Mexican authenticity.
A passion project for the famous wine maker Adi Badenhorst, we seem to have ‘all’ the fun making this spirit.
It’s all about desert magic and mischief.
